Company History

Amwal Development is an Omani company established in 2011. Our plan from the beginning is to build a company that is based on trust, integrity, and quality, and we have successfully accomplished that.Our clients are the most important support and drive to our success.

Started in 2014 when there was a need to manage multi properties for one entity. Amwal is proud to be part of that success to date. We have been able to supervise, control, and modify performance polices of many properties.

Automotive was found in 2015. Our mission is to deliver an outstanding user experience. Automotive was specifically designed to suit the local market requirements of rents/leases of cars for both small and medium-size companies.

Amwal Advertisement was launched in 2016. This department aims to find effortless and effective ways of advertising. Our strong connections in the market are an asset. We had a great track record with many big clients. Starting by knowing exactly what they want.

Facility Management division was launched in 2016 with an excellent team to ensure functionality, comfort, safety, and efficiency of our client’s environment. We take pride in the quality of service we are able to offer and always aim to exceed the client’s expectations.

With our expansion of services and staff, we realized that we needed a new bigger and a fresh office to start providing our services and expanding more. So we decided to move to a new office in Ghala Heights, Muscat.
