Job description:
- Handle complaints and feedback from clients.
- Generating weekly & monthly reports (KPIs).
- Order materials, uniforms, and other requirements for the labors.
- Train cleaners and team leaders on service standards.
- Bring more business to the company by conducting meetings.
- Interact and build relationship with customers.
- Plan out work schedule for cleaners.
- Solve operational problems and make decisions.
- Supervise team of cleaners in their assigned task.
- Handle maintenance requests and coordination.

Probationary Period: 6 months
Contract: 1 Year Extendable Agreement
Starting Salary: 325 OMR
